Are your water features made in the UK?
Yes, all of our water features are handcrafted in the UK at our workshop on the Essex/Suffolk border.
How do the water features work?
Our water features are self-contained and operate using a recirculating pump, creating continuous movement and sound without the need for a permanent water supply.
What power supply is required?
A standard outdoor electrical supply is required to run the pump. Full guidance is provided with each water feature.
How long will a water feature last?
Manufactured from robust materials and designed for outdoor use, our water features are built to last for many years with normal care.
Do the water features require maintenance?
The natural finish is sealed with a waterproof protective coating to preserve its appearance. Black powder-coated finishes require light annual maintenance to maintain their finish. Periodic cleaning of the pump is recommended.
Can the water feature be left outside all year?
Yes, our water features are designed to be left outdoors year-round. In freezing conditions, we recommend switching off the pump and following the winter care guidance provided.
How is the water feature delivered?
Water features are delivered on a pallet. Larger sizes may require two or more people to position safely on arrival.
Will the water feature fit through a standard doorway or gate?
Many of our designs, including the 800mm size, are designed to fit through a standard doorway or gateway, making them suitable for properties with limited access.
